mise-en-scene 

lighting: it's always mainly directed at the characters and in the background everything else is in black and white and has a dark setting.

locations: police office, car, mall, hidden house or cabin, underground, gas station, highway, shops and a variety of different houses.

costumes: police uniform=police veteran operator= (Hallie berry) suits= man that died, long light blue sleeve, glasses and black jeans=serial killer little girl that survived=very bright yellow crop top and navy skinny jeans little girl that didn't survive= white vest and a pink cardigan.

era: mainly at night or in the afternoon few scenes shot very early performance: movie was very serious, a lot of fear, the serial killer had psychotic behaviour, the wife of him and her children were clueless, his victims were nice and there were a lot of pf panic attacks and rage used as well in their behaviour. props:knives,guns, shovel, car, police badges, telephone

 camera 

shot types: lots of establishing shots for the characters.

camera angles: front angle for the serial killer and back view from the car he was driving in.

camera movement: slow paced, fast paced for the car driving around or for the speeding, thrills use erratic and whipped movement.

Editing

pace: slow, fast, medium, erratic, concentrated.

techniques: low pitch music, no dialogue Halle berry kept repeating clues or what he or his victim said.

the black phone (2022)

lightening: very dark in most scene during the day when everything seems normal it's light but in dramatic or tense scene it gets darker and cloudier

locations: school different homes, basement and a shop, neighbourhood

consumes: black hat, red polo neck, black bottoms and white devil mask the boy=blue long sleeve with grey in the middle and blue bottoms(Grabber)

era: during the afternoon or at night because that is usually when the Grabber picks his victims and when the scenes are shot however hard to tell because the weather is always bad.Its shot in the 1970's period.

performance: a lot of rage and physical and aggressive movement for example when the dad hit Gwen with a belt for her dreams and in the scene there is a lot of shouting and fast movement and she drops his bottle of alcohol.

props: knives, dun, axe, the black phone, mask, magician hat, balloons

 

 camera 

shot types: close ups, rear view shots.

camera angles:far away, close ups

camera movement: slow, medium pace, fast for certain scenes like when Finn was finding ways to escape the camera moved with him or shows things that he is going to try use or do.

                                                                 Editing 

pace:fast for dramatic scenes or when Gwen was trying to find the house in her dreams to find her brother and the ghost appear out of no where its such a sudden thing that if you pause they might look like a blur. 

techniques: there's no dialogue just faint voices of the dead missing boys in Finn ear telling him how to escape and what to do.
